When you decide to join the upside down revolution and start your Yogatrapeze journey we will work on specific areas to achieve your health and fitness goals. This includes postural analysis, nutrition and progress tracking. Classes are 1 hour long, wear comfortable workout clothing that allows you to move and stretch.
